1. Provider and acceptance

Noiseforge Technologies ("Noiseforge") provides the Nexus audio plugin, account portal, license activation, downloads, and related support.

By accessing the site, creating an account, starting the trial, installing Nexus, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms / EULA and the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and License Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the software or services.

2. Service, trial, and purchase

Nexus includes a seven-day trial as described on the website and in the plugin. The trial may require an internet connection and is subject to the technical limits enforced by the software and license service.

The current listed prices are R$249 for Brazil in BRL and $49 for international purchases in USD. The account checkout page is the final source for the price and currency presented for a particular order. Payment processing is handled by the selected provider.

The purchase page provides access to these policies before checkout. An approved and reconciled payment creates an account-linked license. The account record is the durable place to find the license and available download. See the Refund Policy for statutory and operational refund rules.

3. License grant

Subject to these terms, applicable law, and successful payment, Noiseforge grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Nexus for the purchaser's audio production work.

Each Nexus license supports up to two active machines. You can deactivate a machine from your account when you need to move the license to another machine. The account portal is the source of truth for the current license status, activations, and downloads.

The license is a lifetime license with no recurring subscription charge. Lifetime means that the license does not expire solely because time passes. It covers the Nexus product offered at purchase and does not promise that every future product update, operating system, host, or format will be supported indefinitely.

4. Ownership and acceptable use

Nexus is licensed, not sold. Noiseforge and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted by these terms.

You must keep your account and license key secure. You may not sell, publish, share, sublicense, rent, or distribute a license key, bypass activation, interfere with the license service, or reverse engineer the software except to the extent that applicable law does not allow that restriction.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your projects and for checking that Nexus is compatible with your system and DAW before relying on it in a production workflow.

5. Activation, downloads, and updates

Activation and periodic validation may require an internet connection. Downloads are provided through the authenticated account when the relevant product files are available. Download links may be signed, time-limited, or otherwise protected. Do not share an account session or download link.

We may release fixes, improvements, or compatibility updates. Availability and scope of future updates are not guaranteed unless a separate offer says otherwise. We provide reasonable support through [email protected], including technical assistance required by applicable law during the technical validity of the relevant version.

6. Refunds, suspension, and termination

Refund requests are handled through the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory consumer right or remedy.

We may suspend or revoke access when needed to address fraud, unauthorized sharing, abuse, security threats, a reversed or refunded payment, or a legal requirement. We will follow applicable law and provide a reasonable support channel where appropriate.

Refund processing and license access are related but separate operations. A refund may require payment reconciliation and manual license action; see the License Policy.

7. Availability and responsibility

Nexus and the account services are provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. The software is not a substitute for backups, monitoring, or professional judgment. Do not rely on a single plugin or service as the only copy of a project or the only protection against data loss.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes and applicable rights

We may update these terms when the product, services, or legal requirements change. The published page will show the effective date of the current version. Changes will not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

For Brazilian consumer purchases, applicable Brazilian consumer law governs the consumer rights that cannot be waived. For other customers, mandatory rights in the customer's jurisdiction remain unaffected.
