License Policy

1. Provider and what you receive

Noiseforge Technologies ("Noiseforge") provides the Nexus software, account, license, download, and support services.

An approved and reconciled Nexus purchase creates a license linked to the email address and account used for the order. The license key, current status, activation management, and available downloads are shown in the Noiseforge account.

The account page is the source of truth. If the purchase email is delayed or lost, sign in to the account or contact [email protected].

2. Activations and validation

Each Nexus license supports up to two active machines. Activation requires an internet connection so the license service can confirm the key and product. The plugin may also require periodic validation according to the current implementation.

You can deactivate a machine from the account panel when you need to move the license. A deactivated machine no longer counts as an active activation, subject to the service's security and reconciliation controls.

3. Trial and lifetime license

Nexus includes a seven-day trial. The trial is separate from a paid license and is subject to the limits shown in the plugin and account platform.

A lifetime license has no recurring subscription charge and does not expire solely because time passes. It covers the Nexus product offered at purchase, subject to the license remaining valid and the Terms / EULA. It does not guarantee indefinite support for every future operating system, host, architecture, plugin format, or product redesign.

4. Downloads and updates

Downloads are made available through the authenticated account when the relevant product files are available. Download links may be signed, time-limited, or otherwise protected. Do not share an account session or download link.

We may publish fixes, improvements, and compatibility updates. An update may change supported hosts, operating systems, architectures, or formats. The installation guide describes the current supported configuration.

5. License security and use

Keep your account email, sign-in links, and license key private. Do not upload or distribute the key, use it for unauthorized users, bypass activation, or interfere with the license service.

The license is for the purchaser's own audio production work. It may not be sold, published, shared, sublicensed, rented, or distributed. Noiseforge may investigate unusual activation patterns, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or reversed payments.

6. Suspension, revocation, and refunds

A license may be suspended or revoked when necessary to address fraud, unauthorized sharing, abuse, security threats, a reversed or refunded payment, or a legal requirement, subject to applicable law and reasonable support contact where appropriate.

Refund requests are handled through the Refund Policy. A refund may require the associated license to be suspended or revoked. Refunds do not necessarily change the account record instantly, so follow the support instructions and stop using a refunded license unless access is expressly restored.

7. Support and account access

For account, download, activation, or compatibility help, contact [email protected] with the account email and product details. We may ask for the product version, operating system, DAW, and relevant error details.

Never depend on the email alone. Your Noiseforge account is the durable place to find your license, manage activations, and access available downloads.
