Public sale information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Noiseforge collects and uses when you visit the Nexus site, create an account, buy a license, download the plugin, or contact support.

Effective August 25, 2026

1. Operator, scope, and contact

Noiseforge Technologies ("Noiseforge") operates the Nexus website, installation guide, account and checkout platform, license and download services, and related support.

This policy describes the processing carried out by Noiseforge through those services. A payment provider or another third-party service may have its own privacy notice for processing it performs directly.

For privacy questions, data-rights requests, or support, contact [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Account and authentication

We collect your email address when you request a magic sign-in link or use the account platform. We also record security and audit information such as sign-in timestamps, IP address, request metadata, and actions needed to protect the service.

Purchases and licensing

When you start or complete a purchase, we may store the product, currency, amount, coupon, payment status, provider session or transaction references, and related fulfillment records. We use this information to reconcile payments, create your license, provide downloads, and answer support requests.

Plugin and account activity

To activate and validate a license, we process the license key and technical identifiers for the plugin instance or machine. We may store activation, deactivation, download, and product information needed to enforce the license policy and keep your account usable.

Support and technical information

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send. Our infrastructure may also process technical request data such as browser, device, network, and error information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How and why we use information

Depending on the activity, processing is based on taking steps at your request or performing the account and license contract, complying with legal or regulatory obligations, protecting the service and exercising or defending rights, or your consent where consent is required for an optional purpose.

  • Provide account authentication, checkout, payment reconciliation, license fulfillment, downloads, and support.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate fulfillment, unauthorized access, and license sharing.
  • Maintain audit records, troubleshoot failures, and improve the reliability of the service.
  • Meet accounting, legal, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.

4. Sharing and service providers

Hosted payment pages are provided by Stripe and Mercado Pago. Noiseforge does not ask for or store your full card number in the Nexus account platform. The payment provider processes payment details under its own terms and privacy notice and sends Noiseforge the payment information needed to identify and fulfill the order.

We may use infrastructure, database, email, hosting, security, and delivery providers to operate the service. These providers may process information only as needed for the services they provide to Noiseforge. Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that occurs, Noiseforge applies the safeguards required by applicable law and shares only what is needed for the stated purpose.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information when needed to operate the service, process a payment, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction permitted by law.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools

The public Nexus pages use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to measure visits, referral sources, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions with links to the Noiseforge account. GA4 may use cookies or similar identifiers and sends measurement data to Google. Noiseforge does not use this tag to collect account passwords, payment card details, license keys, or the content of support conversations.

Google processes this information under its own Privacy Policy. You can control cookies and similar technologies through browser settings and privacy tools; blocking analytics may prevent measurement but does not block the Nexus site. The public Nexus pages do not load Meta Pixel or other advertising pixels. Essential account cookies are separate and are needed for authentication and security.

6. Retention and security

We keep account, payment, license, support, and audit information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, meet legal or accounting requirements, protect the platform, and exercise or defend rights. Application access and security logs are retained for the period required by applicable law. When a purpose ends, we delete or anonymize information unless a lawful retention exception applies.

We use access controls, authenticated account flows, hosted payment pages, rate limits, encryption in transit, and audit records to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. No internet service can promise absolute security.

7. Your rights and requests

Where applicable, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability, information about sharing, and revocation of consent. You may also object to processing where the law provides that right.

Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment, legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Requests are handled without charge unless applicable law allows otherwise, and we will explain any reason a request cannot be completed immediately.

Send privacy and data-rights requests to [email protected]. You may also petition the applicable data-protection authority where the law allows.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this notice when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The published page will show the effective date of the current version. If a change materially affects a consent-based purpose, we will provide the notice or choice required by applicable law.

Account access is the source of truth for your license, downloads, and activation management. If an email is delayed or lost, sign in to your Noiseforge account or contact support.
